None. And their project in the alley doesn't look to be stoking much interest.

Do you recall what the price per sq. ft. was?

I think they were from about $450 - $500 per sq ft. The construction looked good but the finishing was meh!

I wonder if that is less them and more the JSB fiasco.

I stopped by the showroom today and they've sold a number of units despite a lack of serious advertising.  The one thing that stands out with this particular development is every unit comes with a gas fireplace which hasn't been a very common feature lately.

One bedrooms starting at $289,900 with parking or $533 a foot with parking. Not  too bad for Fairfield.

The one bedroom unit prices were kind of okay given the location.  The two bedroom stuff got really expensive fast.  They must have had 8 sold stickers when I stopped by the showroom earlier in the year.  I wonder what happens to those "sold" units?

Why not still still them?  I mean, the building is strata-titled.

I guess so.......will be an interest dynamic if 20% of building is owned by individuals and developer controls 80% or so.

If the developer still plans to sell when the market timing is right, I don't see as how it would be in his interest to defer maintenance, as if there is much in the first 5 years.

A bit much brick.  if they had mixed it up with some stone or terracotta or something on the bottom I think it could have looked a lot better.

Yeah, all in all this is a pretty decent building!  I don't even mind it totally blocked my views.  Well I mind but I don't hold it against anyone :)

I'm ashamed I haven't taken any construction photos despite living almost next to it.

And for some reason I really like it. To me it looks classy with an "old school aesthetic" that will likley age well and not scream "I was built in 2015!".

I like the look of it in this neighbourhood.

I'm curious as to what the rental rates are going to be and who they plan to market the units to. After looking at the very upscale show 'suite' in the old house on the property and seeing the prices, it was quite clear that my money would be better used on a more modest property/unit.
