I've seen council housing look less institutional than this

Thanks for the photos, Marko!

It's nice to see a new architectural style and urban form in this city

Any word on what the people who bought are doing? If this is becoming a rental then you'll have some owners wanting to bail out.

I believe it is back on the market now as condominiums.

Condos -> Rental (because they were'nt selling) -> Condos

Well, I've noticed a lot of buses with 1011 advertising (condo sales) in the last 30 days.  Initially I thought maybe they forgot to end an old sales campaign but now this makes more sense if they are going back to sales.

I know some have criticized the aesthetics of this project, but I like it. I'd love one of the townhouses.

Is the poor sales of this project to blame for their failed Harbour Landing site?

Along with the non sale of their project in Waddington Alley?

Do they have anymore projects in Victoria aside from Waddington Alley and Harbour Landing?

They have a project in Colwood that looks to be stalled as well.

The stone work really helps the bottom floor not be overwhelmed with brick.  So what's going on here, are these condos, rentals, have they made up their minds yet?

Yes, I'll say the stonework is very nice.  Still too much brick for me.
