Not that my recommendation is worth more than the paper it's being written on but I would vote for Hazel if I lived in Oak Bay.

So would I; worked with Hazel at Coast Capital Savings for nearly 5 years. A smart, articulate woman, very engaging, has opinions and stands by them. Funny as hell too....
