I quite like it. Of course it would be even better if it were several floors taller and maybe had a bit more colour, but as far as the limited range that is contemporary architecture in the CRD this is pretty decent. 

It's a shame our region couldn't have secured a Zaha Hadid design before her untimely death last year.

I'm surprised the crane is coming down so soon. The 6 storey building isn't even close to finished.

Actually no. The lights are all still functioning as if the bike lane was open.
