Charlayne has been on council since 2002. In the 2008 election, she received the most number of votes (9,887) of all the council candidates.

^ Yes, those are all of the mayor's little "yes" people, aren't they? Thornton-Joe gave up her independence a while back.

Philippe Lucas on the other hand has actually dared to disagree with Fortin, which raises Lucas's profile in my estimation. But perhaps not in Fortin's, seeing how he's ignoring Lucas in his tweet.

Thornton-Joe on the other hand never disagrees with Fortin.
When you buy a game, you buy the rules. Play happens in the space between the rules.

That's weird because she is one of the few candidates I found that had no union funding so you'd think she'd disagree with Fortin sometimes. I voted for her for that reason alone.

People keep telling me she's a centre-right business candidate out to support local business, but I've always seen her as little more than seat-warmer that automatically copies what ever Dean's vote is. Which is it?
