Anyone remember that episode of Cops that used to play a lot haven’t seen it for a long time: Officer stands up on top of a toilet in a home and shoots the rat.

Yup. That’s why I had to get rid of mine. Mrs. Mike K was NOT happy but the rats reappeared immediately after I put out test feeders to see what would happen.

i have a cat that patrols and keeps down the rat / mouse population.  but for every rat she kills she also kills 15 birds.  hell of a hunter!

Much like how the un-housed are baited into believing dry rooms await everyone , the poor birds are duped by prop bird houses, The settlers shame has no bottom

Rooms will be available for everyone willing to take one and live by the very few rules that come with the offer.

by ethnicity the highest percentage of homeless are indigenous. sounds like their own won’t have them a dry place to sleep on reserve. never mind the settlers.

oak bay proposes ban on wolf kills.

odd. when removal of their only wolf lead to its death elsewhere.

https://www.vicnews....e-wolf-hunting/

It’s known that wolves play an important ecological role as an apex predator. Healthy wolf populations contribute to biodiversity and keep other animals, like deer, in check. They have also been known to prey on pets and livestock.

well bring some back to oak bay I guess. to control the oak bay deer, pet, and livestock population.

It would probably be best to get the bylaw before they are introduced to Oak Bay.
