It would appear almost at ground level on the west side.  A steady pace will need to occur to keep to a completion for fall/winter 2018

What is the zoning for this project in regards to rentals?  I've read different regulations due to the borders at Fort & Cook.

I live across the street. This area is zoned 30 days minimum for rentals.

Nice images of the site Marko.

It should be interesting to see if the build will be complete fall/winter as scheduled.  Do you think there has been any appreciation in values since the launch of the project?  It doesn't appear so for the penthouses or the one remaining 2 bedroom suite.  Perhaps the smaller units will see a better return on completion?

I recently read that the project completion is now spring 2019?  The original timeline I read was fall/winter 2018
