Historical data "....allowed consumers to view historical data on password-protected brokerage websites, which allowed them to run their own comparisons without asking a realtor for the data."
This is Toronto only, however, restricting to any Jane & Jo forces them towards a licensed realtor. Good or bad thats what it means. Here in BC we can get 3 years past sales info without using a realtor.

Broke sales record for November. Will break all the $ dollar volume for the year. SFHs hit record high median and average. Condos flat/down a bit.

It is the slowest time of year but pretty sure we can squeeze out 18 sales in next 3 days. We will clear 600.
