It's crazy to me how correlated all assets are becoming. I bet if you plotted daily sales against the S&P 500 it would look very similar.

What is the five year average of sales in March? Last year seemed to be a weird rollercoaster.

I guess I haven't looked at real estate listings in a long while. I just noticed that very helpful "climate change risk" section with each listing. That's so informative. Because when you're buying a condo in Victoria, those seven "hot" days per year would be among your top considerations. As we all know, southwestern BC suffered through a huge and extended crisis re: newer condo buildings faring poorly in the notoriously dry & sun-baked environment. The constant strong sunlight, warm winds, and persistently dry weather wreaked havoc.
If you want info about less relevant details like exact square footage, or property taxes, or strata fees, or the year the building was constructed, you can also click for more info to find that stuff out.
