Can we switch over to talking about Jean Chrétien for a moment  (since this thread is not just about Justin Trudeau obviously)?

I once asked a Quebecois friend of mine if Jean Chrétien was more intelligible in French than English.  My friend told me,  "No, he is pretty much the same."

I’m not certain, but I believe it’s not in keeping with VV rules to post photo after photo with no comment whatsoever. Moderators?

If a guy is going to post anti-Trudeau memes ... the least they could do is post funny ones, rather than the dogish groaners seen on the last couple of pages.

Our rule is more-so applied to posting links to content outside of this website without any clarification as to what the link directs you to. Photos with words on them (meme's) are a photo + a comment so there's no issue.

^ maybe so, but they add very little or nothing to the 'high level discussion'. Knock it off folks; I dislike Trudeau (or Isitt, or Helps etc. etc.) as much as any other person here, but just constantly nagging with no substance does nothing for the conversation.

Trudeau has the politician ability of pivoting down pat. He rarely answers a question that could harm him or his government directly.

Would you rather eat Big Macs with Donald Trump, or steak and lobster with Justin Trudeau?

I can ignore the idiot at the table either way, so steak and lobster it is.
