An Arizona girl who vanished at age 13 under what authorities once called "suspicious circumstances" has been found alive more than three decades later — closing a decades-old cold case while raising new questions about where she’s been and what really happened.

While the outcome is rare and remarkable, officials are withholding nearly all details about what happened during the decades she was missing. The sheriff’s office has not said where Plante has been since 1994, whether her disappearance involved a crime or how investigators ultimately located her.

VicPD Seeks Public Assistance to Find Missing Male

Victoria, B.C. – The Victoria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing vulnerable man.

Paul, an elderly male living with dementia, was last seen on Saturday, May 2 at approximately 12:15 p.m. after climbing over a fence at his care facility in the 900 block of Arm Street.

Police are actively searching the area. At this time, there is no confirmed direction of travel.

Paul is described as:

Elderly male  
Wearing a beige sweater

Anyone who sees Paul is asked to call 911 immediately. We appreciate the public’s assistance in helping us locate Paul safely.

SaanichPD is asking for help in locating an Indigenous teen who is reported missing.

Kallie, 16, was last seen about 430 pm Mon, when she left her residence on Ashgrove St.

Kallie is described as 5'3", slim, brown hair/eyes. When last seen, wearing a red wig.
