Help VicPD Locate High-Risk Missing Man, Parminder

Victoria, B.C. – VicPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Parminder, who is considered a high-risk missing person.

Parminder was last seen on May 22, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m., leaving the area of the 200 block of Gorge Road East.

Parminder is described as being 6 feet tall with a lean build, dark eyes, and a shaved head. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black baseball hat, a black jacket, and black pants.

Due to the circumstances of his disappearance, police are treating this as a high-risk case.  

Anyone who has seen Parminder or has any information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the E-Comm Report Desk at 250-995-7654 extension 1, file #26-20881.

VicPD has received new information in the search for Parminder, who is considered a high-risk missing person.  

Parminder was last seen on May 23, 2026 at approximately 6:15 p.m. in Duncan, B.C. Police have confirmed he was dropped off by a rideshare service outside a business in the 100 block of the Trans-Canada Highway. As a result, officers have extended their request for the public’s assistance into the Cowichan Valley.

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Parminder Grewal, who was reported missing on May 25, 2026.

Parminder Grewal was last seen on May 23, 2026 at 9:00pm in Duncan walking near Allenby Rd and Government Street.

Parminder Grewal is described as:

 

South Asian male
33 years old
6'0 ft tall
lean build
shaved head

He was last seen wearing:

blue zipper hooded jacket
black baseball cap
black shirt and pants
black boots

He was carrying a Liquor Plus grocery bag.

Police are very concerned for Parminder Grewal's health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Parminder Grewal is urged to contact their local police, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
