Out of curiosity, what led to this thread being retitled BlueSky? I ask because BlueSky Properties is the developer, and they continue to list the property as Pandora (Coming Soon) on their website

The name of the project has been referred to as BlueSky Victoria. It could change again as it has before.

This is one HUGE project.

These from yesterday.

This crane looks long enough to grab a couple of hamburgers from McDonalds.

Massive. Looks almost like BC Place it's so big.

...Looks almost like BC Place it's so big.

And just like BC Place it's going to be hollow in the middle. Maybe the province will pay $500 million in about 20 years to add a retractable roof.

Is this a modest new rental building in Victoria BC or the Skydome? Can't tell.

Close up from today right on the Pandora street front. It looks really airy and open which is nice on the first floor.

For anyone who wants to keep tabs on the CRUs, Bosa has the building listing here: http://bosapropertie...A#tab_fs-suites

Currently, Save-on is listed as the anchor and CRU 4 has a deal pending. All other CRUs appear available.

From my repeated walks past the Vancouver Street frontage I haven't got a clue what the remaining retails spaces may become. Bosa's site says "retail units will be ranging in size from 785 – 3,688 square feet" (although those numbers don't quite jive with the figures below), so this allows for quite a number of possibilities I would think.

It also seems I will have to wait until February of next year before activating my More Rewards card again.

Is the lobby for the apartments going to run through the middle of Save-on-Foods or does CRU#5 run all the way to Pandora & Vancouver?

Edit: now that I look at the floor plan in detail I can clearly see it is the latter.

Is there a reason the small CRUs are along Vancouver? I feel like Save-On would be better along that side. Is it a design limitation due to the parking configuration or something the City wanted?

Also, hi :1954_dancing:

The PDF of the leasing brochure on the Bosa sites refers to CRU #5 as being a bank. How about a Coast Capital for this location, eh Nparker?

I suggested exactly that in an earlier post. I'd be delighted if CCS located here!

It might have something to do with the underground parking entrance having to be on Mason, thus influencing where the largest uninterrupted part of the floor plate would be.

That would be it. There could be no driveway entrances off Pandora or Vancouver.

Wood!

A rare wood framed structure is added to the downtown skyline.
