Oh man that is sweet and has about 5 percent chance of ever being built. It would change North Park in so many positive ways which is why it does not have a chance.

^yup and housing prices have increased how much since 2016? It only makes sense that rents increase as well to keep the ROI the same

The development on the former St Andrews site is nearing completion. The developer requires a small rezoning to how they will strata the building (separating commercial from residential). In similar situations, a neighbourhood Land Use Committee can decide to waive the requirement for a community meeting. A meeting will happen at 7:30pm on Wednesday May 15.

Not crazy about that siding. The rendering suggested something less hokey. Is this going to become a thing now in Victoria? The residential portion of the James Bay project did something similar.

The horizontal "HardiePlank" - or whatever it is - does nothing to enhance the exterior. The board and batten siding used on the Mason Street side is better (but the horizontal is used there too).
