am I blind or not getting the plans, but it looks like a lot of these smaller suits don't have bedrooms or beds in the plans. Some of them do, but a lot of them don't.

They appear to have staircases so the units are on two levels.

Interesting, nice to see.

But you posted the level 1 plan as level 2, so i fixed it for you.

ah I see! I've always found it interesting why 2 story units exist in such developments. Staircases are huge space wasters, and when you have elevators and stairs already going to every floor, isn't it very redundant anf a huge waste of precious space to put stairs in each unit rather than just stretching the space horizontally? Are people really willing to throw away such a chunk of space on their own personal staircase within their unit just for the novelty of having 2 stories instead of 1 larger story?

The undersides of staircases provide closet space for things like vacuums. I've even seen them accommodate those stacked washer/dryer units.

Know it all.

If you have enough money a bit of wasted space is worth it to make a unit more spacious.

Two garage entrances on Rupert Terrace... and a # of double header parking spaces - on each parking level..

What will become of the small lot on Burdett?

This is slightly ridiculous. The cheapest one listed on mls.
Oddly, a 2 bed, 2 bath is only ten grand more.

There's also a one bedroom, two bath ground-level townhome for $799,000.

The finishing of the display suite seemed average by today's standards. I mean it wasn't ultra luxury or anything.

All of a sudden, 60 Dallas Rd. seems like a good deal.
