Was out for a walk yesterday when I came upon this, Dodd's was delivering some furniture.:

That's a nice clean website, except for interior photos, it really has all the info, and easy to find.

PRICE LIST

This was a fairly new rental apartment (1990 maybe?), that may have been strata-titled all along as far as I know... but it looks like it has some remediation, new siding and balconies, it used to be stucco.

Reasonable prices, reasonable by-laws (not sure unrestricted rentals is such a good thing in that location)

No master bathrooms, but I suppose if it is an apartment conversion then I guess they only move so many walls.

^ Hah, I loathe master ensuites. And some of the newer buildings have every bedroom with an ensuite. I guess it makes sense if you live with a bunch of strangers, but otherwise, I don't particularly consider it a feature to have the bathroom next to my bedroom.
