Tom Jones, (not his real name, luckily) the Surrey-based blogger and creator of Gangstersout.com. In 2009, Jones started the site as a safe place for Canadians to out neighbours suspected of being in organized crime, and since then it’s had almost 6 million visitors.

First I have heard of this site, it's a bit 90's , and I am not sure if you can search your neighbours like the article suggests.....

Filled with dead links and a few of the people/organizations listed seem to be there based on hunches, innuendo and conspiracy theories. Not sure I'd trust this site.
