Anyone is free to open their own "safe space" night club that only caters to a small fraction of the population of area.

A sure money making venture.

Victoria's disappearing LGBT nightclubs

Haven't two new gay spaces just opened?   Rumours shut decades ago.

Greater Victoria’s lack of LGBTQ nightlife spaces ‘unfortunate,’ says student

UVic student wishes the city had more LGBTQ+ advertised safe spaces

Some small percentage of gays are so flipping fragile. Get over it. Suck it up and live amongst us like almost everyone does, with no issues. And probably increased cohesion. Losers that cling to the oppressed or marginalized group narrative group are the worst.

What's stopping him/her/them from opening their own "safe" space?

Lots of nightlife spaces have closed in general compared to a decade ago.
