That requires Microsoft "Silverlight" software. Have any readers experienced problems with adding that software to their PC?That's what maps.crd.bc.ca is for

That's roughly how many PC's I've fixed, and I couldn't tell you the last time I had Silverlight go wonky.

VicMaps and GIS Maps are far superior to the CRD Atlas. With GIS Maps you can look up a lot of different things including engineering drawings for all services, etc.

Saanich has had their GIS Map for some time.

Here is your link to learn about Saanich GIS maps. Apparently there is an enhances map coming in November.
Saanich uses this taxpayer funded tool to see if you have built a new sundeck without a permit.
