Scoop!
Looks like this project is dead. They've just put a For Sale sign up on the roof. Too bad.
There's still a web site at 202harbourlanding.ca and the Mountain West Properties page still lists it as a project, with a "Construction Commencing Spring 2014" tagline. Good grief.

Not surprising. They we're promising the world to prospective tenants and couldn't deliver.

I think that is the building that used to house Transport Canada Victoria Marine Radio until the mid 70's. Is that right HB?

Any idea who it sold to?

looks like the local BMW dealership is using the property for its extra cars

First, this thread should really be moved to the "finished / cancelled projects" folder.
We know the property has been sold and that until very recently has been used to store BMWs. Those are gone now and there are a couple of excavators on site. Is it finally time to demo those abandoned buildings? Also not sure what the utility work being done near the PHM entrance is for.

I guess the word "Demolition" written across that excavator's arm might be a clue.
Don't let MR. Isitt see this photo or the excavator could be banned.

Who bought this again?
