So can someone give me a quick overview of this project?
Some ministry staff moved in?
Some rental residents moved in, or a move-in date released?
As someone else mentioned earlier, quite a bit of staff have moved into the offices and also some residential tenants are in. If I had to guess I'd say about 15-20%. I think the majority chose a Nov 1 move in (cleverly, to account for construction delays) so I expect occupancy to really jump up in the next few days. Some of the common areas are not quite ready yet, (the rooftop bbq patio and the inside lounge), lots of workers all over still working in the parking lot, lobby etc. Robbins parking has started monitoring their section of the underground (paid parking, 2 hour max). Lots of work being done on the Menzies sidewalks and on the Red Barn section.

A caterpillar is currently going at what is left of 557 Superior. Surprised that half a building was left standing for some time.

Red Barns biggest deli.
That’s partly because the new 6,200-square-foot store on Menzies Street is within the mixed-use Capital Park development....
Red Barn’s new store features an extra-large deli, which is bigger by about one-third than at its other stores and designed to feed big lunch crowds.
