I does have some nice features, but the fireplace in the bathroom looks a bit odd.

How about this one:

223 Bay Ridge Pl
Salt Spring, British Columbia V8K1W5
POINT OF VIEW...The sheer beauty of this 3 acre oceanfront point needs no enhancing, yet demands equal visual integrity from what is placed upon it. Calm and cultured interiors of wood, stone and glass bask in head on expansive 180 degree water views of humbling dimension. Doors spill open to the rhythm of nature and the architecture itself borrows from the landscape. Brilliant sunrises and dreamy moonlight visit the sensational 3,700 sq.ft.beach house and guest cottage as waves converse with the poetry of space. Situated to embrace nautical vistas that include passing ferries, orcas, and surrounding islands, this spectacular home on Eleanor Point is a rare gem on Salt Spring Island.

I always scratch my head over ones like this. Why live on such an expansive property when you can barely afford to keep up the home?

Maybe we're finally doing something about the a-fjord-ability crisis. Progress has been happening at a glacial pace up until now.

Back when I was running my own handyman business, a rich guy who owned a fancy house on the waterfront hired me to paint his porch and build a boat dock on his fjord.
I did the job but wow, that rich guy sure was clueless. His porch was actually a Ferrari and his fjord was actually a Hummer.

^Just to be clear, that was not the incident that caused the rift between myself and Mike K.
The job I botched for him was totally different.

15 minutes? The shortest route is 20 minutes, google says, but also the longest at 14km. 22 minutes via 9.3km, and 25 minutes via 11km.
Why lie about these things?
9.3 km eh? I can bike that in 22 minutes.

Are 9 foot ceiling really considered "soaring?"
