People were talking about limits to car ownership as part of the land use of the building.

 

But were they not talking about in Japan?

If you expand your search for policies and ideas outside of the Island or even Canada there is a wealth of information.  The best thing is we don't even have to test out how the policies work, you can see.

True, but national policies from somewhere else don't necessarily equate to municipal policies elsewhere.

Japan has weird driving restrictions that are more or less restricted just to Japan. As are their messed up game shows (thankfully).
