This thread is still a lot younger than the Northern Junk (aka Johnson Street Gateway) and Crystal Pool threads, where nothing has yet to happen.

Why would you send in your application now when if you just wait one more year you could just skip the whole public hearing process.

Hopefully we’ll see this project redesigned to include 18 story towers once the new OCP is enacted!
