I was trying to post a picture of Sidney from my phone…but the “full version “ software WON’T WORK on my phone.

Now I know what I can get Mike for Christmas.

Sebberry is the tech support around here. I just fight with the Russian bots.

Know it all.
Citified.ca is Victoria's most comprehensive research resource for new-build homes and commercial spaces.

Still popular: https://quazarsarcade.com/

These folks also had Powerhouse Pinball in the old Rock Bay power station, where you could have a drink and play at the same time, but https://www.powerhousepinball.com/ says it's currently closed because of problems with "permits and licensing."

All three of the pinball locations were owned by the owner of Metropol. Metropol also had its offices in the Powerhouse.

IIRC, Lefevre is looking to revamp the interior as much of the space is underutilized.

That whole area is going to be developed now that the FN have been given all of the BC Hydro land. I know that all of the other property owners have been approached to develop a master plan. The original idea was for an Ocean Hub which seems to have fallen through but everyone is looking for Government cash to fund a whole raft of amenities.

So what else is new?

What is new is that there is far less Government cash available as we head into a recession. I don't think that any of the property owners in that area are short of cash but carrying costs have a least doubled and may triple by the time we are through so there is an incentive to move things along.
