+1. Really impressed with the way the Legato came out.
And it seems to just keep getting better the closer they get to completion. I am looking forward to seeing all the exposed concrete painted.

Sorry ov, I didn't mean to imply you were promoting the units. We have a policy of requiring approval prior to listing or promoting active assignments, and sometimes the difference between promotion and as you say is a fine line.
Carry on

Balcony railings have now started to appear on this project.

Balcony railings have now started to appear...
It takes a few hours for the railings to become fully visible after the activator is applied. Invisible railings would function just as effectively as visible railings, but they can be hazardous for birds.

Not a fan of the cheap tiles running up the middle, nor the white paint, but once it's all complete might be ok. I prefer they dark grey paint on the backside that almost will ever seen within a year or so. Photo by moi:
apologies for the EXTRA large photo size.. I did paste from a medium image version on Flickr..

If it makes you feel any better, I think "stripes" of dark grey will also run up both the eastern and western facades when the painting is complete.
Overall, I think LEGATO is probably one of the more attractive new projects to grace the CoV's evolving skyline.

I almost forgot to mention that I noticed new appliances being delivered to Legato yesterday.
Posted 20 March 2018 - 06:15 PM
If that's the case then it won't be long until they are done. Typically once suites have appliances the only thing that is left is difficiencies and final cleaning. Granted they could be loading appliances in only part of the tower, but it has to be close. Exterior painting and tile work isn't required to get occupancy

Looking good, but the remaining exterior painting seems not to have progressed much this week.

sidewalk out front is open again. I'll upload a pic when I'm in front of a computer.
It was "half open" when I walked past this afternoon; barriers were still up on the east end, but one could still navigate through.

...I think the remaining barriers are protecting the spots where trees will be planted but I don't know for sure.
The wooden barriers that were still in place yesterday seem now to have been removed. I think the street wall has been designed very well here (at least to the point just south of Legato's parking entrance.
