Yes, by seperates it; I mean it has uniqueness in its design unlike the rest of the 15-17 floored buildings ... at the top.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the corner windows are a subtle nod to the Regent towers across the street. They have those windows, too.

Except Legato isn't going to be pink (with faux-copper roofs no less) and set back so far from the street that you think it's in some suburban park. Given the choice I'll take the more urban vibe of Legato.
Here's my very crude approximation of the tower at full height.
A view that won't last for long once 989 Johnson starts to emerge from the ground.

The back part of this just above the parkade is double height. Are these common areas or townhomes?

oh.. forget to mention, the original price of the pre-sale for that unit..... 453K(432k+gst), now asking price 679k.. sound like to me , it's a profit harvesting of a quarter millo

6x2 @Legato up for sale...940sqft asking for 649k+pst ( parking included)
sale of a pre-sale.... $724/sqft....
I remember the pre-sale was asking about $500/sqft, those days are long gone..

I am hopeful this is what Marko intended.
I am really liking the way Legato is turning out. Its simple, unpretentious design is going to be a nice addition to Harris Green.
