That blank wall looks awful. That pot shop ex-car lot needs to be replaced by a cool three or four storey building.

Agreed, it is Legato's weakest aspect. Hopefully it won't be too many years before something fills the gap between here and The Manhattan.

any one could assist on figuring out how much did the developer keep? did the developer shared the profit of the selling, if there is any?

Happened upon an open house here yesterday, so went in for a look. 1BR unit on the second floor, same level as the courtyard/outdoor space which is pretty neat. Nice finishes, fixtures etc inside the unit, and a view across Yates St. Bit small, but otherwise not too shabby.
The realtor there said that the building is officially finished and that a number of move-ins were happening this weekend.
515sqft, $419k.
