It's interesting how little red is actually on the 2015 picture considering the Liberals won a majority in that election. Something is a little off in our process, I think.

The phisical size of the riding on the map is irrelevant. People vote, not square kilometres of land mass, and more people voted Liberal in 2015 than any other party.

I'm not a Trudeau fan, but in a world with Donald Trump and Boris Johnson leading countries, it's a little hard to get too wound up about Trudeau.

Unless he happens to represent your country.

I can tell you complaining about a Trudeau and then voting him back into office has been a Canadian tradition for nearly half a century.

The statement of claim filed in court tries to argue that CBC’s copyright has been infringed because the Conservatives used several short clips, totalling 17 seconds, as part of an online video questioning the judgement of Justin Trudeau.

The filing also claims the moral rights of CBC staffers Rosemary Barton and J.P. Tasker were violated.

This is nothing more than an attempt by CBC to bully the Conservatives because they don’t like that news clips have been used in ads even though it is completely allowable under the “fair dealing” provisions within the Copyright Act.

now the clip has been seen nearly a million times.  more streisand effect here.

you can watch both the jagmeet refusal to answer rebel's question and the ad causing the lawsuit here on youtube > > https://youtu.be/vwJdpf_QEq4

not so sure she is all innocent. she put her name on the top part of a lawsuit.  nobody does that lightly and no lawyer does that without her permission.

Now, the CBC's Poll Tracker, an aggregate of publicly available polling, projects the Conservatives could snatch 140 seats, compared to 135 for the Liberals. It's still short of the 170-seat benchmark needed for a majority, but Scheer is capitalizing on the apparent movement.

see i don't want my prime minister to look like this on his day shift.  he can dress like this if he's on a private vacation.  he looks a college freshman today.  grow up.

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau wore a bulletproof vest on stage amid heavy security at a campaign rally after a security threat, senior Liberal sources tell CBC News.

His appearance at a crowded rally of about 2,000 supporters in Mississauga, Ont., on Saturday evening was delayed by 90 minutes and featured a much heavier security detail around Trudeau once the Liberal leader took the stage.

Uniformed tactical officers wearing heavy backpacks surrounded the Liberal leader as he addressed the crowd. His wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, was initially supposed to introduce him but did not appear on stage.

I thought Faith Goldy and the troll-girls burned the rebel house down around themselves, lol.  Does it still exist?  Levant seems a bit unhinged every time I run into him.

yes I don’t want my prime minister dressed as casual Friday when he’s on the job.

I want him in a suit and yes wearing a tie. a bullet proof tie if necessary.

A suit and tie is just a costume based on riding wear.
