The second pipeline could free up capacity on the existing pipeline to transport more refined fuels.

Which of course could be part of the discussion between bc and Alberta to help unstick this process
But then again the GreeNDP don’t want lower fuel prices.... perhaps the pipe could move more Kale

A second pipeline supplies no gas locally, until it is shipped away to be refined.

It all gets tallied into the popular vote.

In a nut shell, the Conservative approach to governing is to rise the tide, which rises all boats.

And drowns anyone without a boat!

I think people want cheap gas and electricity for their families but expensive gas and electricity for everyone else so the planet can be saved.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be portrayed in Sunday’s Canadian-themed episode of “The Simpsons,” which is titled “D’Oh Canada.”

Toronto journalist Lucas Meyer tweeted on Monday that he got to guest-voice Trudeau for the segment after putting together an impressions video on YouTube.

The episode, which will air on CityTV in Canada, sees Lisa mistakenly given political asylum in Canada during a family trip to Niagara Falls.

Tim Long, a Canadian-born consulting producer on “The Simpsons,” tells The Canadian Press the Trudeau character briefly talks to Lisa in the episode.

Long adds “there may be mention of a current scandal” that Prime Minister Trudeau is involved with, suggesting the episode might touch on the SNC-Lavalin controversy.

Meh, who cares it'll be more funding for bike lanes or solar panels in Centennial Square or a floating quinoa and kale farm

CBC News is projecting a minority government in P.E.I., but the election is still too close to call whether the Green Party or Progressive Conservatives will form the province's next government.

The Greens knocked it out of the park. That’s impressive.

Yup, interesting, the NDP vote collapsed from 11% to 3% the prior and the Liberal vote went from 40% to 29%. The PC basically stayed the same 37.4 to 36.5%...so the Greens were the big winners here, but lets see how they do in the next 4 years.

I think what we are seeing in many areas is the Green party drawing heavily from the NDP base. The platforms these days are very similar and I think that people view the Greens as the fresher of the two voices.

If you think about it, a guaranteed minimum income, an affordable place to live, mandatory wage increases, free transit passes and a bevy of other promises all sound pretty appealing.
