A bit smaller at 449 sq/ft but not much on the market with parking under 400k that is new or newish.

5th floor just sold for 420k. 510 sqft. 1 bedroom/podium plan...

$824 per square foot. The $399,000 unit is $889 per square foot. And they’ll get it, if not more. There’s just so little inventory in that price range now for concrete homes in the urban core.

to my count there are 4 resales of a total of 13 listings available on MLS.

Hopefully they're finally putting in the final glass for the temporary panels that are still in place! Bizarre how they installed the glass so randomly in this project. They are still working on the interiors for the top half of the 17 storey building. Surprised with that much construction they were allowed occupancy for the bottom half.
