As much as I like Legato, I think 989 is going to be the aesthetically superior development. If only the towers were going to be a bit taller & slimmer. Even so, I think this might be one of my all time favourite downtown high rise projects.

I expect the shorter tower will reach its full height in the next couple of weeks with the taller tower about a month after that. Once complete, will this section of Harris Green be the most densely populated block in the CoV?

Parts of Vic West have to take this crown. What about Saghalie Road between Sitkum and the roundabout...that's one block and has to be up there once Encore is complete; certainly after the seniors residence is complete anyways.
