My prediction: with the exception of Shelley Gudgeon and Lisa Helps all of Victoria council will be re-elected. Jeremy Loveday will become the 2nd Ben Isitt on council.

Of course, I hope I am wrong.

Fortin will be declared the winner in Victoria.

CFAX just announced Helps was in the lead, but the CHEK site says Fortin in the lead.

I knew Andrew was going to serve as nothing more than splitting the anti-dean vote.  The live results so absolutely neck and neck between Helps and Fortin with Chong and Andrew trailing almost out of view in 3rd and 4th.

Surprised Issit got by far the most council votes.  I knew Loveday was getting in, ran a good campaign.  Pam staying in like always, but I remember days when she got more votes than mayor.

So it would appear that most of the incumbent mayors will be returned. So much for any changes in the region.
