The Encore model must be like $30,000 to $40,000.

$30,000 to $40,000? Finally, a unit I can afford!

Welcome to the forum, PaulHicken!
Gary - thanks for the shots. Neat to see the inner workings of the model builder's shop!.
The microwave at Encore sure is close to the floor. I always thought the below-counter microwaves were too low, that one might as well be floor mounted.

Re the microwave, if they were going to mount it that low why didn't they go with a drawer type so you don't have to bend over so far?

^ $$ I suspect. That is a very cool design, something you'd see in Japan, or Europe - never seen one here.

I've got one, I don't think it was all that expensive. I kept expecting the drawer mechanism to fail but it has been rock solid so far.

I think I'd ditch the microwave and use the space for storage of something I actually might use.

It's funny you say that. I haven't owned a microwave for six or seven years.
Know it all.

The only reason we use ours is because it doubles as an exhaust fan.

^ Thanks. It states both the ExtenTable and SleapTheatre are available. Doesn't say they are included, reads more like optional addons to me.
For the person who asked about electric charging parking - there will be dedicated stalls for electric vehicles.

I am pretty sure it will be included with the one bedrooms versus an add-on.

Those two Bosa Space features are integral to the one bedroom A1 floor plan - so they're included.
BTW, if you looked at Bosa's RiverSky web site (their latest project) that Marko linked to above, you'll notice that the interior specs are nearly the same as for Encore. It's the same nondescript Euro-style appliances, white lacquer and "wood grained" cabinets, and HRV (heat recovery ventilator) systems. One of the only specific items in the spec sheet is the Grohe faucet. So did Bosa go to the architect and ask them to design a condo around the faucet, in a similar fashion to this great Kohler commercial from a few years ago?
An interesting bit of trivia, in the commercial the architect points to a photo on the wall as they're going up the stairs and says it's the Chiaki headquarters in Kyoto when in fact the picture is of the UCSD library in San Diego.

So the original image that we saw (the one up in VV's profile area there) is quite different from the model, is it not?

Looks like Bosa is rolling out the Encore at an approximately 15% premium over the Promontory launch pricing.

Cool. Closer to my 279 guess than Mike's 319. What do I win? .
