How do you tell the difference between a real escape room and fake escape room? Some years ago I saw a sign for an escape room like attraction in downtown Victoria I went down the deep stairway into the dark room, I inquired to the lady at the desk I asked what the deal is, she said all she could say is "you all go in and one of you gets executed", we decided not to proceed.

I think that was our first run at a safe-injection site.

We had a Haunted Mansion? Damn, I missed out on that one.  Is Land of the Little People what Miniature World is now?

I remember the Classic Car Museum, kind of miss that one actually, I get nostalgic for it from time to time when I pass the site.

Land of the Little People was completely separate from Miniature World. Land of the Little People was outdoors.

And, from what I recall of it, had to be a joke.  Sticking a bunch of toys in a yard and calling it an attraction... *sigh* It was a different time.

I only remember visiting Land of the Little People once, when I was nine or ten. We went to the Haunted Mansion, too, and it was pretty lame. I remember wishing we could have just walked around the old house it was in instead.

We tried the Escape Warriors last week. The theme we played was called Prison Break. We had so much fun!!! The settings and decorations were very real. I can't believe how they made it ! The owner said even the toilet was bought from the real prison in Alberta.  Unlike the purely puzzled escape games, prison break has many high tech props which surprised us :)
