Well if you go back to the very first post it was homeless that was being found on the condo.
Are we talking about that one building or are we saying that if any condo, or any other form of housing is broken into it is likely done by a homeless person?

Probably not a bad assumption in the downtown core. My sister used to live on Pandora and anything that wasn't nailed down was immediately stolen (including their welcome mat several times).
If this was the suburbs less likely.
