Not really. Wait 5 or ten minutes, the west wall falls too, they are just uploading to YouTube. They didn't even stop traffic on Caledonia as it fell.

Here's the bigger pic.
I just really fear that "ammenity" is just going to be useless land. I fear it will be like centenial square. An unsafe useless square other than a few events here and there. It has the Jack Davis' retaining wall on one side, and a blank brick wall of the IBM office building on the other side.
I would have gone with another tower there and an interesting mid-block walkway with shops. Ah right, but a dead square is "public ammenity" and usefull shops and vibrancy is greed... I forgot how victoria works.
