3800 sqft + 3500 sqft of deck

Main floor - http://www.lesleefar... ... orplan.pdf

Upper floor - http://www.lesleefar... ... orplan.pdf

Listed at $4,555,000 - http://www.lesleefar... ... /index.asp

Assessed July 1, 2006 at $3,992,000.

It's the unit at the south-east corner, that's the corner closest to Dallas Road.

Frankly I wouldn't pay $4.5 million.

I agree, if I had $4.5 mil that would be an amazing dig!

Know it all.

If I had 4.5M I wouldn't be living here. That can buy an awful nice place in Mexico.

You can get penthouses in the Shangrila in Vancouver for cheaper than that AFAIK. I think I'd buy a bunch of land before I'd spend that on a condo at Shoal Point.
