And here we go....

I remember when the building of which you speak was being constructed and it confused me even at the time. It's definitely out of place. But unto itself there's nothing wrong with it. They just got their directions mixed up and placed it four or five blocks away from where it was supposed to go.

I don't want to start an argument (this board has been on an amazing streak since 2006 and I'd hate to be the one to snap it) but I'm going to say two stories of 1980s Keating business park vibe would have been more out of place.

Signage is up now on the south building for a street-level retail tenant:  Cridge Pharmacy (IDA).

probably time for a salary review.

It would be helpful if we had some pictures of what he's really doing when he's out all day taking pictures.

Although, If he was serious about this assignment he would get a second camera and do the necessary documentation himself.

I'm not sure. The other Cridge Pharmacy locations are in the Yarrow building on Fort and out in Keating.

Any hope of getting a Starbs in one of the buildings as a commercial tenant?

This is going to be a brand new neighborhood on all surrounding blocks soon. The incoming demographic would be perfect for a strong business case

There's a rumour going around about an IGA supermarket.

Please no. There's dozens of great local coffee shops within a short walk from here and no need for more Starbucks locations. I've been happy to see a few of them close down in the downtown area. There's a Starbucks a block from here inside Save On Foods.

I’m thinking of walking around downtown live streaming on YouTube for about 10 hours a day. I figure I’ll need about 400,000 followers and a few very very generous patreon supporters so I can quit my day job. For donations of $20 I’ll also film at your requested location for 5 minutes. But not at Olys... Was thinking of also joining the Clean Team, so I could also sweep and clean the streets while shooting - killing two birds with one stone and it’ll also give me the ability to get more natural street video videos. On the side I may also distribute pharmaceuticals and talk about the Watchtower magazine, while listening to my favourite Hendrix tune because hey, multitasking.

Welp, there goes the weekend job. Never a good sign when the boss comes in and does your job without telling you. Maybe I’ll head over to Capital Park or Oaks on Fort, even Sparrow to get some breaking news fresh pics.

For sure, expand your range. That's exactly the message I'm feeling you should take from this.

Go take some photos of that old abandoned Aquara lot in the songhees. It’ll be interesting to see what the next developer decides to do with the empty pit that’s been left behind

So you’re the King of Promontory - and yet you need pics of a hole in the ground outside of your window posted to VV? Seems legit. I’ll head over there later tonight - full moon and all.
