I kid. Everyone appreciates it when somebody bothers to go around and do a photo roundup. And when Mike K.'s ankle heals I'm sure he'll be right back out there.

(Mike K. did have a sprained ankle or a sore knee or at least something in the way of a passable excuse for all this time, right?)

Well, I did break my ankle last year. You expect me to stop milking that predicament just 22 months later?

Moxuz, did the information you got come as a reply to a request from them or was it a generic mail out of information. I also own in the north building and didn't get an email.

Thanks

This came as a generic email. Are you signed up on The Wade Owners website/portal? I think thats where they all come from. If not DM me i’ll send details.

Edit: I’ve DM’d you the details to set up your viewing

Loll, I’m sick in bed (I don’t think Covid) and it’s cold and pouring out. That being said, if I have energy later today and the rain settles down I’ll do my best to make the trek over. Quadra will have to wait for another day. Next time I’ll set up those camera traps they use to capture animals in the forest. If a construction worker moves.. I’ll have the pics to prove it.

Picture includes a peek of what appears to the courtyard sculpture.. look to be a 3 foot jade type flower? Some balcony faces still to go, careful sidewalk prep continues, plus more metal framing in the Cridge Pharmacy.

While the build quality of these buildings appears to be impressive, we all have come to a common agreement that communication is not this developers key competency.

Zoomer has done a better job at communicating the ongoing progress of this development then the developer has by a long shot. It would be in Tenfolds best interest to reach out to Zoomer to take the reins of facilitating all communications with owners and prospective purchasers for both this development and Westbay Quay on a going forward basis.

I wonder if the Pandora side "moat" is going to present any long term challenges?

One of the construction workers told me the moat is staying and the metal bridges will have glass panels on the sides for safety. I don’t love the look of the metal bridges but maybe with the glass it will be nice.

My concern is more about water ingress from the slope. I assumed the building code would require the "bridges" to have railings.

Thanks zoomer for the weekly updates, very appreciated!

Question, would the balcony undersides, clad in that copper-look metal frit, present a risk for wasp nests?

Hmm, good question? It's possible. Ironically I have a large wasp nest in my balcony I ignored this summer.
Somehow they found their way between a couple hardi boards, so I guess they could squeeze in almost anywhere really. You just don't want those Asian hornets feasting on the rooftop honey bees!
