Oh man that’s probably the best unit in the building - only north facing 2bdrm on top floor

The builder used N to identify units in the North building and S to identify units in the South building. Perhaps the A in above emergency procedures graphic stands for apartment.

We looked very long and hard at all the units and the premium units are most definitely floorpans N and M for 2 bedrooms and floorpans F and G (the only 3 bedroom units). Floorpan F is in the North building and all the others are only in the South building. All of these premium units have windows on at least two walls and floorpan N has windows on three sides. For use of space, floorpan F has a rather odd corridor as you enter the unit, which to a certain extent results in wasted space. Floorpan G has virtually no wasted space and should be very bright. Floorpan N is however my favorite as it has comparatively generous storage space and no wasted space and being at teh end of a hallway should also be among the quietest units.

Floorplan F (which I think is unit 416 here) is one of my favourites because of the huge corridor to reduce hallway noise and the big entryway to hang paintings in. As for windows it has very little privacy

Sounds a lot like the layout of my place.

What’s funny is it was a 3bdrm and the developer is now selling 216 as a 2bdrm + den

it's hard with so many moving in at once.  the idea is you only use it for big stuff (furniture).   boxes you huff up the stairs.

you will likely find the elevator pretty free after 10pm or 11pm.  they will not have booked spots that late.

Wow! I had like unlimited time on my day 🤔 really surprised me pretty much nobody has moved in over the last two weeks, now everyone is trying to move in at once.
I think a total of 4 units have been moved into so far.
