Two CRUs (but one is very easily partitioned) but unsure if they're big enough to accommodate a restaurant at 1,100 sf and 2,350 sf

 

There was a time, some time ago, when a 14 story building in Victoria would have been a big deal ... ...

 

At the moment it's still a hole in the ground, right? Once they get above ground the pictures will be more interesting and might drive more interest. This is also a rental building so there's not the same attention paid to condos without the atmosphere of pre-sales, re-sales, marketing, etc.

Nearly half of this project has now reached street level. Hopefully it will start to emerge from the ground by the end of the month.

Thanks for clarifying. Buildings don't have feet so it would be more of a shambling motion, anyway.

In the CoV at least, buildings certainly have a restricted number of feet.  ;)

A new application has been filed for a cannabis retailer at 1400 Quadra; presumably this would be in one of the retail spaces; so, even before construction is complete, this building is going to pot!   :banana:  :1954_dancing:

It's easy to lose sight of this project because the Yates on Yates two buildings overshadow it to an extent. It will sure change that area when all three buildings are completed.
