That link might not work for people who don't subscribe to the NYTimes, since the Times puts its articles behind a firewall after a couple of days. It's a good idea to use the New York Times Link Generator[/url:5dd5f] to get an RSS link for the articles -- it won't rot.

I already linked to that article, by the way, on page two of The Coriolis report - Downtown plan[/url:5dd5f] thread! (sniff... ...sulks off...) (Ok, ok, not everybody can be as obsessive as I am about clicking through on links... ;-) ) But it's a good read, so check it out....
PS: here's the link converted by the NYTimes Link Generator: click[/url:5dd5f]

Sorry we will have to synergize our communication output taking into account the muli-layered approach our stakeholders have utilized in the past. By doing this we should be able to maximize the downstreaming of information to the end-user.

From the CRD website (since we are on the topic):

The Capital Region District Board has approved the final draft of a new Strategic Plan which provides the broad direction and framework for more specific planning and management activity to follow. A final plan for adoption will come forward to the January 2007 Board meeting.

It made me laugh anyways...
