Where is that? Even the setback isn't too offensive.

Visit my blog at: https://www.sidewalkingvictoria.com

It has a whole new look!

That's near Mayfair Mall but I can't remember the exact location.

Have we ever talked about this one (Liberty Parc) before? I had no idea where it even was. I had to look it up:

Liberty Parc at 3259 Alder Street. Designed by D'Ambrosio[/url:808a8] and built by Coach Developments Inc.[/url:808a8] / Coastal Construction[/url:808a8].

Liberty Parc is a multi-family residence located on a serene street surrounded by parks and amenities. This 21-unit condominium building boasts oversized units ranging from 900-1100 square feet, classic design, quality craftsmanship and outstanding third-floor views of the city and the Olympic Mountain Range across the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

I like this one. Very attractive.

I love Franc D'Ambrosio's work usually.
Nowadays most people die of a sort of creeping common sense, and discover when it is too late that the only things one never regrets are one's mistakes.

Haven't done a site visit to the Liberty Parc project and it's hard to tell from an evening snap of part of the building.....

One of his very strong points is that Franc thinks and acts beyond the property line...

Interesting thing... I walked down Fort this afternoon and said to myself... How would I resolve the views and vistas that exist there - looking out over the Harbour, as they broadened the closer I got to Wharf...

And then, following the Liberty Parc thread, I checked out Franc's website... and saw the Market concept that was displayed at 2020...

Except for Aastra's concept.. of a few weeks ago, nothing cuts it like Franc's..

The redesign for this site passed this evening. Gone is a the D'Ambrosio 13 unit apartment building. The project is now a 6 unit townhouse complex which seemed to have universal support from the neighbours who spoke. According to the developer, the project is a redux of his Terra Rose project on Meares Street near Pioneer Square.

Nice fit.. .Terra Rosa really is one of the nicest new buildings in town.

I have to say one thing I hate about Terra Rosa is that the building does not relate to the street. This one seems to do a much better job of that.

The apartment units were to be rentals, but I would imagine these townhomes will be market units?

I had no idea this project already had a thread. Could the mods please merge mine onto this one?
