Every time an article is penned by a paper in the "big city" about any city smaller than itself, they call whatever is happening in the smaller city a "revival." For gosh sake, Vancouver Sun, there's no revival here, we're just expanding on what's already been happening over the last 15 years.
A new wave of residential and commercial towers is going up in downtown Victoria that is reminiscent of Vancouver’s downtown revival in the early 1990s.
Look here, Vancouver Sun, just because your writers haven't noticed what's going on since 2005 doesn't mean we're suddenly awakening to something new just because building heights are a little taller than they were in decades past
