I'd actually like the building if it wasn't for the opaque windows and lack of retail.

End of 2020, possibly into 2021. It’s adjacent twin will be completed in 2021.

September 1 - December 1, 2020 for Yates on Yates
February 1 - May 1, 2021 for Vivid

It appears as though the blasting here is now complete and the last of the excavated materials is being removed.

They've had a massive excavator removing the pile in the north east corner. Was making for slow traffic on Johnson.

So that's what the crane was installing the other day, a second crane base. I noticed that Johnson Street was tangled up on Friday with a mobile crane unloading something.
