Got rid of my Microwave years ago. Replaced with a good convection oven. My pizza reheats nice and crispy in 5 minutes @ 425F

But you can't make popcorn in under 2.5 minutes!

Is this to which you refer?gates.JPG

^Yes, I was hoping for a solution that would successfully integrate the walkways together but the gate implies they will be split in two like the one between 834 Johnson and the CCC.

Mid-block walkway, but closed off after 10 pm, for the security of the townhouses...

I believe it's a "flaw" in the software and happens when you quote a post that has a "paperclip" in it.

Remove the paperclip before you post and there shouldn't be a problem.

Unless otherwise requested, do the bathrooms only come with showers and not bath-shower combinations?

Oh wow. How many 1 bedroom units are going to be in this building?

According to the sales staff, in one bath units its a tub w/shower; in two bath units the ensuite bath is shower only and the other tub w/ shower.

Ahh, thanks for that. No bath tub would be a deal-breaker for me.

As I think it would be for many people, that is why I enquired based on the above photos. As long as one of my two bathrooms has a bathtub that works for me.

I haven't had a bathtub in my houses for more than 25 years. I much prefer a shower. As soon as the kids were old enough to bathe themselves we built a house where every bedroom had an en-suite shower.

Fencing is up around the site today (no more parking) so excavation should be starting soon.

Can you clarify if it's the entire lot?  All 124 spots gone, Yates to Johnson?  Even Ageless Living loses its 3 or 4 spots?

Fencing is around the entire lot from Johnson to Yates, though I suppose it's possible that they may have temporarily 'caved out' a few spots next to Ageless Living...

Interesting. Last night they had fencing up only on the Yates street tower footprint. So just half of the lot. Exciting!

The developer confirms this is a temporary closure for soil testing. The spots will be made available again in about two weeks.

I can confirm that only 76 (of about 124) stalls are affected.  There is an excavator there.
