Yates on Yates would look better if the yellow brick extended three levels higher, and if the white cladding were shifted up three levels, leaving only two grey levels at the top.

That's funny. It does, a bit.
I think the lower two sections have some good character. That esthetic should have been stretched further up the tower. Even if you don't dislike the grey levels at the top, doesn't it seem like there are too many grey levels? It looks out of balance to me.

Do you mean to say that they acquired the Dry Cleaners & former health store lots?Guess this can be let out, Startlight just acquired the SW corner site of Johnson and Quadra next to the YoY. (3 parcels) doesnt include the two along yates (yet)...
