Where did all her 50 guests park for her sing-a-long?

What is the fear of the 5th floor?

Put her in the reject pile.

I have yet to hear a reasonable explanation for the 4 storey limit.

I never realized that Hydro poles were the marker for residential developments.

Is it snowing yet? Oh, and the Canucks won tonight....sounds like photoshopped pictures and a cookie cutter development.. and I like the thought of the E&N putting a branch line down Cook Street.

Please limit cook street village to 4 stories

Stop development on the Westshore and Saanich

People should live where they work and walk to work.

Everyone has to ride a bicycle to work

There is no reason to have parking because of a healthy city strategy

Stop urban sprawl

We should have low density

CoV.....make up your mind.  Be the city centre or not.

Someone needs to add the adjacent condo building to their proposal. It would be a better scale comparison.

You can achieve just as much density with a smaller building. I'd like to see this explained in mechanical terms.

Everything can be achieved in a four story building.

Parking is a concern.

No it's not.  Everyone rides bikes.
