Cook St. Village is the heart of Fairfield, important that the neighbourhood evolves to maintain what the people there like.

This development is too much to enable the village to maintain its character.

Wouldn't have supported it if it was in the center of the village, but since it's on the edge he can.

Madoff thinks too much focus was spent on height, too many other aspects were overlooked.

Thinks this building looks like it should be at the RJH site as the cancer clinic.
